Q. Are you bonded and insured?
A. Yes, we are fully bonded and insured.
Q. How long is each visit?
A. Each pet care visit lasts approximately 30 minutes. How we spend our time with your pet will be determined during your initial Meet and Greet session and is customized to meet you and your pet’s individual needs.
Q. Do you have boarding facilities?
A. No, we believe in in-home care. Sleepovers are available upon availability.
Q. Will it be the same person every time I schedule?
A. Yes, you and your pet will be assigned one primary pet sitter, however, there will be times when that person may not be available. In that instance, you will be notified and we will provide you with another equally qualified pet sitter who will have all the information about your home and pets.
Q. What if I have an emergency and need pet care service on short notice?
A. Ideally, we request that you schedule with us a week in advance. However, for requests that are 24 hours or less, subject to availability, we will make every effort to accomodate your appointment. Got To Go is committed to convenient service.
Q. Are you able to administer medication and/or give injections?
A. Yes, we can give medication as well as insulin injections. We welcome most animals with special needs.
Q. Do I keep a key on file with you?
A. Yes, most customers keep house keys on file. If you feel comfortable leaving your key with us, we ask that you test all keys to make sure of their accuracy. We are bonded and insured.
Q. My pet has a history of being aggressive – will you accept him/her as a client?
A. We will interview you and your pet in person to determine if there is a good fit between your pet and our services. If additional visits are needed to socialize your pet then you will need to be present at all visits and pay the normal service fee until your pet is socialized. If we feel that it is unsafe to perform a service, we reserve the right to discontinue service.
